Current and Upcoming

Now, Thief is the third movie from Thomas Productions to be posted online at YouTube (all of which can still be viewed directly from our site).  In the coming days, uploading all 17 minutes of The Dog of Pompeii to YouTube will be our next project.

Latest from GPicturama

Just like yesterday's posting, another part of this site is GPicturama, which is partially related through some of the pictures it shows, but then it's more of a personal portion of the site as well. Today's postings are from a trip to MacWorld Garett took with his girlfriend, Kory, back in January. Here are some sample pics:

Yay, Tilda

Though it's more of a cousin to this site than a direct relation, mostly not being about movies of Thomas Productions, we still have a portion called Garett's Film Ratings. It includes everything from a full-blown list of films Garett has viewed (good and bad), his annual Oscar Predictions, a best-by-year list, and more.

This is a good time to mention this part of the site due to a recent updating that now includes two more great films, "Michael Clayton" (2007) and "The Last Emperor" (1987).  This portion of the site is often updated without mention.  Check it out!

Good Times at Geocities

For the first time since transferring the site over to directorG.com from geocities.com many years ago, there are now images available to see for Whodunit, Island of Stumbaugh, Sonnet 12 and Peninsula Quiz Kids!  A few samples are below:

More to come soon.

We're running a[nother] test on this site, this one dealing with Facebook. See if you can share this website with your friends on Facebook! If it works well enough, we'll "officialize" it.

YouTube Era

With the new movie posting online of My Teachers Are Aliens being a success, repeating that from Photagrizzly Man's posting, it is likely more video clips and short movies will similarly be posted soon.  It is a great method to post movies without hosting the video files!

Finally, some pics have been added from the very first project by Thomas Productions, a commercial parody for Tons of Sugar Cereal.

The Site Wizard

There have lately been some issues regarding our contact page, which was formerly powered by Bravenet Web Tools. As of today, it is powered by The Site Wizard, requires no pop up advertisements, and is controlled within the same window through layers. Another key addition within the site's major redesigning.

Frames From Nervous Breakdown

Here are some newly added frames from Man Facing Nervous Breakdown, starring Hector Serrato and Vanessa Henry:

See the official page of the film for the remainder, plus storyboard images! Also working on adding the same for Gizdich Ranch's Tour of the Juicery. More to come!

Major Site Updating

First off, this new blog thing is working out quite well for this site.  I'm quite pleased with it.

Anyway, this site is in the process of receiving a major update to all of the movie pages.  Instead of certain links (particularly the Names Database and More Movies links) opening up in a new window, they will be opening in another layer on the same page.  This works better because many browsers tend to block pop-ups, thus also blocking these links.  However, this problem is now solved!

It also is better because now because links within the Names Database can go directly to a movie's web page, instead of this complicated techie method of redirecting several times in order to make things work as it used to.  In other words, it's simpler for the webmaster, too!

So, it should be quite normal to notice differences within pages over the next few days, as well as for the past week.

First New News Blog Post!

As of today, Thomas Productions is starting a new exciting method of posting its news: in blog format!

All previous news entries will still be available in the old archive, but today's and beyond should be posted here in this blog.  The first few entries will be trial, more or less, but after getting used to using this blog feature, I'm sure these entries can be posted quite often.

Onward ho with the blogs we go!
