Upcoming Plans

Some various items are in store for Thomas Productions: some for the site and some for its projects.

The layout of site buttons is intended to become tabs before long, and the site's image slideshows will continue making its numerical layouts to be like that of Photagrizzly Man's (with numbers displayed and the ability to disappear).  Additionally, the Names Database should be updated as a layer for the main page.

Projects include the conclusion of a private wedding, as well as eventual entry of both At the Core and The Nightmare into various film festivals.

There are a few possible movies in mind to create soon as well, but they cannot be revealed just yet.  Stay tuned!

Doc Now Embedded

Now, by viewing this site's page for Fat is Not a Four Letter Word, you can finally view the whole movie without linking elsewhere first!  Last summer, the short documentary was posted at CurrentTV, but only the link was provided...  Until now!  Check it out!

Academy Sets Dates

For the purposes of next year's Oscars (and thus Garett's Newest Oscar Predictions), the following dates have been announced:

• Thu., Jan. 22, 2009: Nominations announced
  
• Sun., Feb. 22, 2009: 81st Academy Awards
  

There are 2 significant comments to make here.  First, the nomination announcement occurs on a Thursday instead of a Tuesday, like usual; this is to get out of the way of any political occurrences regarding the entrance of the newly elected president.

The other comment regards the date of actual Oscars, as it is the earliest planned date for the event ever.  I still prefer a March date, but that's just me...

Anyhoo, those dates will go atop this year's Oscar Predictions page.

Pompeii is Live!

For just under an hour, The Dog of Pompeii has been posted on YouTube in two parts (due to length issues), and is ready for you to view in its entirety both on our site and directly there (view part one and part two)!

Bookmarking Movies!

Now, Thomas Productions is testing out social bookmarking on actual movie pages with The King Who Rained!  If it seems to be a success, we'll add it to all current and upcoming movie pages!
